Cemer Reqdymix Plaster
CEMER ready mix plaster is specially Designed to be used as the undercoat for all types of block and brick walls. Because of its water retention properties and adhesion strength,it is used as a superior substitution to job site cement-sand plasters.
Hardened CEMER ready mix plaster surface can be further smoothened with paint base and finish coat.
CEMER ready mix plaster should not be used onpainted surfaces.

METHOD & APPLICATION
Surface preparation
- All substrate defects should be patched up before plastering Always moisten the surface prior to application
- Before use All surfaces must be clean and free from dust, oil, and any trace of foreign material
- Avoid stagnant or freauent water flow on substrate prior to plastering application to prevent poor adhesion of plaster on wet substrate
Application
- Apply the mixed plaster uniformly on the substrate using a steel trowel.
- The plaster can then be levelled to a desired finish using masonry tools like spirit level and masonry mob. Different finish can be achieved using steel trowel, wooden float or sponge as per finish required.

Mixing
- In a clean tray or bucket, pour one bag of 40 kg RMP in approx. 8 to 9 litres of clean potable water (depending on weather condition) and not vice versa.
- Mixing can be done by using mechanical mixer or hand used tool to achieve a smooth, lump free and homogeneous mix.
- Allow the mix to mature for S minutes before application and remix before use.
Packaging
- CEMER ready mix plaster is packed in 40 Kg bags
Storage
- CEMER ready mix plaster should be stored in dry place free from moisture
- CEMER ready mix plasterhas shelf life of 6 months in its original packing
HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTECTION :
- PPE'S such as gloves and goggles should be worn while application.
- Clean hands and tools with soap water only.
- Avoid contact with eyes or prolonged contact with skin. In case of contact, kindly flush thoroughly with water immediately for 15 minutes, if problem persists then consult a physician.
- Do not take internally. Silica sand may cause serious lung problems. Avoid breathing dust. Wear a respirator dusty areas.
